STORNOWAY CASTLE, ISLE OF LEWIS
Hebrides Heights has been contracted by the Western Isles Council for various jobs undertaken on Stornoway Castle. These include the bracing of chimneys and window bays and inspection of the Castle Tower in December 2006, reinstatement of the Castle flagpole in July 2007, and an inspection, demolition and reinstatement of the Castle Tower floors which was carried out during 2007 and 2008.
THE GREAT CLIMB, ISLE OF HARRIS
In August 2010, Hebrides Heights provided rope access safety cover and assisted the camera team on the making of The Great Climb with Dave Macleod and Tim Emmett on Sron Uladail on the Isle of Harris.
ARNISH, STORNOWAY, ISLE OF LEWIS
In September 2011, Hebrides Heights were contracted by Robertsons to carry out work on a recladding project at Arnish on the Isle of Lewis, involving debris netting erection and extractor fan installation.
CULZEAN CASTLE, AYRSHIRE
In 2009, Mac TV contracted Hebrides Heights to provide rope safety work and undertake an excavation of an archaelogical site on the cliffs below the Castle.
ST KILDA OPERA, MANGERSTA, ISLE OF LEWIS In 2006, Hebrides Heights were contacted by PNE Stornoway to act as safety consultants on the production of St Kilda, a European Opera. |
